CARLOS & ELIZMA are a Mexican-South African couple that has ventured into the world of psychology, sacred plant medicine and mysticism for the last 15 years.

They met during their professional training as psychotherapists in the USA where they respectively received a masters degree in Transpersonal and Somatic psychotherapy at Naropa University. In addition Carlos was trained by Stanislav Grof as a certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator through the Grof Transpersonal Training institute.

After their graduation from Naropa University they spent 14 years training with shamans in the Amazon basin in Peru. In their quest to integrate both western and traditional models of healing they specialised in Psychedelic- Assisted Therapies in the USA through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and MAPS. In their practice they integrate aspects of transpersonal psychology, somatic psychology, sacred ritual, Lindwall Releasing, biomagnetism and lifestyle medicine. They see the connection to the Highest Self as the true essence of healing and transformation.

They currently have an integral wellness coaching practice working with individuals, couples and groups. They offer in-person sessions (South Africa), as well as online consultations (Internationally) focusing on the transformation of blockages and the cultivation of pathways toward a deeper connection to the Highest Self, meaning and highest potential.
