What intrigued me about this work with Clara was that it was working in the realm of Spirit, with the quantum field, and combined with dreams! What better way to unearth our core challenges! I found that looking at our dreams helped to bypass our expected story and rather came from the unconscious. As it played out in a constellation, revealed ancestral traumas that had been affecting my life. To see it unraveled has brought great insight and relief. - Darina Concannon

I hadn't been able to remember a dream in a long time and hadn’t done any group constellations work before, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Clara held the space so beautifully. I loved that we were able to explore dreams through art and then take that into the systemic work. Interestingly, I started dreaming again near the end of the workshops we did and have been having vivid dreams ever since! Clara was really good at facilitating and guiding us through the process. "I had a very powerful experience during a ritual held by Clara. Seven years ago, when I was training wilderness trail guides out in the bush, we had an encounter where, tragically, my backup and I had to shoot an elephant that charged at me from a 35 metre distance. We had alerted the herd of our presence but this particular old mama didn’t see us until she was quite close, and was startled when she did. She was so close I could see her eyes lose life as she fell to the ground. The trauma of that incident took me into a major depression. I almost gave it all up. In the ritual, I unexpectedly connected with that experience and that elephant. I asked for forgiveness. She was protecting her herd, and I had to protect mine. I cried and cried like I can’t recall crying before. The sense of release was profound. I realized I had processed for a long time but never truly grieved, and that sacred space offered the opportunity to do that. Through the following stages of the ceremony I was able to find joy, renewal and finally a sense of peace. I see the potential and meaning of ceremony more clearly now.
